  1. I can do everything, but I cannot do jumping lunges! I just fall over or
    like break my ankles! why meeeeee hahaha

  2. Pheeww I managed to do this three times today instead of just one! although
    I cannot even finish one without a lot of stops lol
    but still feeling good anyway! finger crossed hope I can do four times next
    time ;D

  3. love this work out so much. I started doing this today. Stopped after 2
    times. Did a silly thing: doing this work out on bare feet. My toes started
    bleeding like hell.. haha great work out though!!!!

      rest the next and do it again… :))))

    2. +akai i mixed around with her other videos but if I don’t feel like doing
      it.. i will go for a run for at least 30 mins 🙂

  4. Could you break up the workout into 2 sessions, doing it 2x in the morning
    and 2x in the evening or would that negate the whole thing? I am a little
    anxious about the 4x back to back

  5. Can someone please answer this???? I want to get toned legs by february so
    I’m doing this and the leg ones but i can only get through one video every
    night and i only watch it once, i can’t keep up after that. Will i still
    get toned from doing this if i only do it once per night and i can’t quite
    keep up on some????

    1. +Coco If you cant do this video twice in a row, try combining it with
      another hiit/leg video. Make sure you are doing 25/30 mins at least. You
      can also do it in the evening and once in the morning, you will see better
      results

    1. It should get easier over time as your body adapts to these kinds of
      exercises. Make sure you keep it up though! You’ll be surprised how strong
      your body can become. Just FYI, if you’re after losing weight then HIIT
      will be much more effective than steady state cardio.
